Flow Athletic in Paddington is looking for a friendly, driven and community-minded Casual Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys genuine conversation and is motivated by helping people make positive changes in their lives.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be supporting the growth of our studio through consistent lead nurturing and member engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective and existing members
  • Calling warm enquiries and booking studio tours
  • Managing lead follow-ups and nurturing conversations
  • Helping prospects choose the right membership
  • Supporting front-of-house operations
  • Working closely with senior leadership on sales strategy

The role offers around 20 hours per week, mainly PM and Saturday. With the ability of flexibility around other commitments.
