Job Description
As a Team Leader with IPAR, you will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Wollongong branch based on Stewart St, Wollongong CBD. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life
Your duties will include:
- Case management and perform services to maintain your technical & professional skills.
- Complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills.
- Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
- Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellors, Social Workers and Registered Nurses.
- Lead your team to meet individual and team targets.
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
As a successful Team Leader with IPAR, you will possess:
- A tertiary allied health qualification
- Current Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA, AASW, ESSA or ASORC.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (preferred).
- 2+ years experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
- Experience in a similar role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others.
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and business development activities.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Current driver license and access to motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
