With over 55 years of experience, we specialise in delivering high-quality, technically advances solutions for clients across the defence, mining, oil and gas and infrastructure industries.

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leading Hand with a Heavy-Duty Mechanical background to lead servicing and repairs across our diverse fleet. This is a full-time Monday-Friday metro position with no requirement to work FIFO on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform maintenance on:

  • Cranes (20–350T), Trucks, LV, EWP, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Generators & more

  • Prioritise and plan daily tasks
  • Work independently with strong diagnostic focus

About You:

  • Heavy Duty Mechanic Trade Certificate
  • Some experience as a Leading Hand or in Supervising a small crew of people.
  • 5 years of relevant prior experience maintaining a wide range of plant and equipment
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Vehicle electrical systems knowledge is preferable
  • The ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills
