HD Mechanical Fitters
We are seeking suitably qualified HD Fitters to join our team working on Rio Tinto Sites in Western Australia. Our clients are a mixture of Owner operator, Mining contractors and industry leading field maintenance contractors.
What's On Offer
- 8:6 and 2:1 Rosters Available
- $70-$85 an hour
- FIFO from Perth airport to site
- Full time roles
- Immediate starts, fast mobilisation to get you started in your new role
- Interstate Labour Hire Accepted
- FIFO From Perth Only
About the role
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs to all vehicles as required
- Perform fault finding, repairing and or replacing of components as required
- Mechanical assembly of machines and components
- Sound understanding of workshop and equipment
Skills & experience
- Trade Certificate (Australian Recognised)
- At least 2 years HD Fitter experience - Hytorcs, radial mills, XY Mills, Hitachi.
- Replacements on engines, transmissions and hydraulic systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screen
- Valid C class driver's licence, HR is preferred
