Work Hours: 8am- 4pm
Employment type: 12 months fixed term contract
We are a well-established, nationally recognised manufacturing company based in Forrestdale, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and well-presented team member to join us in a 12 month Fixed Term Administration /Customer Service role.
If you're mature-minded, have a knack for organisation, and enjoy being the friendly first point of contact for customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing
While the role is varied and unique, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and invoicing
- Customer communication via phone and email
- General office administration
- Internal sales support
What we're looking for
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Experience with computer applications, ideally MYOB EXO
- Strong time management skills
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems quickly
- A collaborative approach and experience working in a team environment
