Royal International Commerce Pty Ltd is a leading Australian importer and distributor of premium European and international foods.

Royal focuses on B2B relationships, supplying major Australian retailers and leading food distributors. Its product range includes over 100 cheeses, numerous types of smallgoods, and a variety of gourmet items imported from across Europe (including Italy, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and The Netherlands) as well as, more recently, North America.

In Australia, operating from its warehouse in Matraville, Royal has been supplying the country's major national retailers, including Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Costco, Harris Farm, and many others for 10 years. Thanks to a highly efficient distribution strategy, Royal's imported fresh food products reach over 2,500 stores nationwide.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Orders & Transport Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this vital role, you'll act as the key link between our customers and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order processing and timely dispatch. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, clear communication, and process coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customers' orders
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Coordinate freight bookings for timely deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service

What We're Looking For

-Essential:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Preferred:

  • Knowledge of European languages (Italian preferred) and Mediterranean food culture
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
