Clarity Partners is seeking a skilled and driven
Recruitment Consultant
to join our team in Perth, WA. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality talent solutions and building strong, lasting client relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside an experienced team and partner with a diverse range of clients to identify, assess, and place top-tier candidates. You will play a key role in contributing to Clarity Partners' continued growth and reputation for excellence in the recruitment industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively source and evaluate candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and organisational culture
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
  • Manage offer negotiations to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends, providing clients and stakeholders with relevant market insights
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of
    1 year of recruitment experience
    (agency or in-house)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for people
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to hiring needs
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
