As a valued member of our team, you will join a large group of customer service and sales professionals who will support you with comprehensive training and the tools you need to succeed.

About the Role

The Customer Service Coordinator is a phone-focused role dedicated to answering incoming customer calls, responding to enquiries, and ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly support. As a member of our service team, your day will involve being the first point of contact for our customers, providing clear communication, resolving queries, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high volumes of inbound customer calls in a professional and engaging manner
  • Assist with enquires, orders, service requests and general support
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the customer service and sales teams
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure great customer outcomes
  • Follow established processes, service standards and KPIs

We will provide full training and product knowledge to help you succeed.

You will ideally bring:

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Computer-literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
