Store Manager- SRB Steel & Hardware

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm

SRB Steel & Hardware Supplies operates under the well-established SRB Group, a leading Western Australian project and construction company known for its commitment to quality, reliability, and delivering exceptional results. The Group offers a diverse range of services including civil projects, plant and equipment hire, and steel and hardware division. Based in Rockingham, our steel and hardware division plays a key role in supporting both internal projects and external customers, delivering exceptional product knowledge, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service.

About the Role

Join our SRB Steel & Hardware store as a Store Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day operations, inventory management, and B2B growth. You'll work in a modern, well-fitted store with strong back-office support, giving you the freedom to focus on management, customer relationships, and growing the business.

This is a hands-on management role where you'll be responsible for both operational and strategic aspects of the store.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in steel, hardware, or retail/warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering, preferably in Shopify.
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a must
  • Basic IT literacy for inventory and point-of-sale systems.
