Manage client communications, from service requests to status updates, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records for compliance, inspections, and reporting.

Optimize resources and workflows to boost team productivity.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' experience in service coordination or customer-facing roles, ideally in fire protection or building maintenance.

Basic understanding of Australian fire standards (e.g., AS 1851) and systems.

Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office; strong multitasking and communication skills.

A proactive problem-solver with eligibility to work in Australia.
