Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is the principal contractor for Snowy Hydro's Snowy 2.0, Australia's largest committed renewable energy project. We bring the combined engineering expertise of three companies - Italy's Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo), Australian-based Clough and US-based Lane Construction.

Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.

About the Role Ready to make your mark on one of Australia's most iconic infrastructure projects? We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Project Director of the Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) delivering Snowy 2.0. This isn't your average EA role - you'll be the trusted right-hand, ensuring operations run smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. From managing complex diaries and travel to coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements, you'll be at the heart of the action. What You'll Do

  • Manage and prioritise the Deputy Project Director's schedule
  • Organise travel, meetings, and events with precision
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, government reps, and project partners
  • Prepare reports, agendas, and board papers that make an impact
  • Be the go-to person for communication and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives
  • Skills: Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy: Google Suite & Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Qualifications: Cert IV in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Other: Class C Driver's Licence & White Card
