About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Clear Orthodontics' as a Front Office Co-Ordinator. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Processing patient registration and handling all administrative tasks
  • Managing patient records and updating electronic medical charts
  • Assisting with billing, insurance claims, and other financial tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and organised front office environment
  • Supporting the clinical team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar front office or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient in using electronic medical/dental practice management software
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of dental/medical terminology and procedures (desirable)
