Geleon is a well-respected engineering consultancy based at Emerald Lakes, Carrara on the Gold Coast. About the opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated Civil Drafter / Designer to join our team, who is dedicated to being a part of our company's expanding vision and is eager to develop and grow with us.

You'll be responsible for producing design documentation associated with transport infrastructure projects, particularly the development of 2d and 3d designs using AutoCAD and 12d Model, and the preparation of design drawings. In addition, you will assist the Senior / Principal engineers throughout the various design phases.

About you:

  • 2 - 8+ years' relevant experience in transport infrastructure projects
  • Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or higher
  • Competent in the use of AutoCAD
  • 12d Model software experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with Transport and Main Roads design and drafting standards (desirable)
  • Developed knowledge of applicable design standards
  • Understanding of earthworks, roads, intersections, drainage, and design documentation related to transport infrastructure projects
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
