**The Role**

As the Civil Infrastructure Drafter, you will join the team in Brisbane or the Gold Coast and work across a wide range of projects, such as infrastructure, built form, land development, and urban design. These projects will provide you with ample opportunities to enhance your skills and advance in your career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake documentation of coordinated Civil projects in accordance with relevant design standards under limited supervision.
- Produce quality detail design documentation in AutoCAD or other software programs.
- Take responsibility for project outcomes by monitoring scope, quality, and schedule to ensure a successful and profitable project.
- Assist in tracking project progress, including quality and schedule, to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

**Key Criteria**
- A relevant and suitable qualification in drafting (required)
- 3+ years of relevant real-world experience in drafting
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
- The ability to critically assess interpret and communicate information of a more complex nature
- Experience in production of detailed engineering drawings
- Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design
- Experience in liaising with project managers, engineers and other technical specialists.
- Strong communication skills
