Building on this success, AIM Mining is now preparing to ramp up our new Nullagine Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and we are assembling a skilled team to drive this exciting new chapter.

About the Role

As we ramp up operations at Nullagine, AIM Mining is seeking experienced Open Pit Supervisors to play a key role in leading daily open pit activities and ensuring safe, efficient mining performance.

This is a permanent position on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Allocate, monitor and control daily activities of mining and ancillary personnel in line with production targets and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
  • Supervise operations of excavators, dozers, graders, trucks and watercarts.
  • Oversee drilling, blasting and haulage of waste and ore.
  • Ensure grade control procedures are followed accurately.
  • Promote positive team culture and strong communication across all levels.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and availability.
About You

We are looking for Open Pit Supervisors who have:

  • 5+ years' operational experience (open pit gold mining preferred).
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability.
  • A proactive approach to safety, productivity, and team performance.
