YOUR NEW ROLE
The Minor Works Project Manager will form part of an integrated multi-disciplinary projects team within the Infrastructure & Procurement portfolio. This role will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager or Project Director in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Infrastructure and Procurement Portfolio. The role will have full accountability for managing minor works projects as directed by the Director, Infrastructure & Procurement.
The role involves supporting Senior Project Managers in managing resources, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks, whilst also managing other projects that they are fully responsible for. The Minor Works Project Manager will communicate with stakeholders, assist in solving issues, and contribute to maintaining project documentation.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Tertiary qualifications in a field related to engineering, building, construction or at least two years relevant industry project management experience.
- Proven record of success delivering building and minor works projects, sound project management skills, including in planning, design management, stakeholder management and procurement.
- Knowledge of and experience working in a live environment, including the ability to think strategically and tactically and experience in considering and providing recommendations on sensitive issues.
- Understanding and ability to comply with the NSW government procurement policy,
- Information management and documentation skills including experience in procedure development and administration.
