We are seeking HC Driver to join the Sands family as a team leader at our Geraldton depot. This is a full-time position for locally based applicants, in this crucial role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across Geraldton and the Midwest, contributing to the success of our transport operations.

Let's talk about the pay rate:

  • Team Leader allowance is: $350 per week.
  • Normal time hourly rate is: $34.50 per hour
  • Overtime after 38 hours is:      $41.40 per hour
  • Overtime Sat is: $53.25 per hour

Workdays are Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Delivery to Geraldton and regional areas
  • Point of contact for the Geraldton depot
  • Monitoring of product temperature, and use of recordings to back up paperwork
  • Completing essential paperwork relative to deliveries
  • Electric/Manual Pallet Jack handling and hand unloads
  • Read load plan, job cards and related documents specific to work details

To be successful, you will have:

  • Valid HC licence.
  • Previous semi experience
  • Valid WorkSafe High Risk Forklift ('LF') ticket preferred but not essential
