Are you pasionate about woodworking and construction and looking for an apprenticeship? Wyer & Craw are a Brisbane based business seeking an apprentice cabinet maker to join our team. For over 40 years we have been dedicated to delivering high-quality bespoke cabinetry and need someone who shares our commitment to excellence. We combine traditional hand-made techniques with the latest Biesse technology.

The Role

We are looking for highly motivated and reliable individuals interested in completing a 4 year cabinet making apprenticeship. A successful candidate would find themselves working within a team manufacturing and installing high-end residential joinery.

This role also includes an education component working with an onsite registered training organisation to complete theory competencies required for this qualification. The desired outcome of an individual applying for this role should be to establish themselves as an invaluable long term employee within a long standing business. This role is a training role and apprentice pay rates apply.

The successful applicants will have:

  • A QLD drivers licence
  • Previous exposure to power tools or construction would be advantageous but not required
  • An eye for detail and a high standard of quality control
