Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area for the position of Assistant Relationship Manager. The role involves supporting senior relationship managers in building and maintaining client relationships, preparing client documentation, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with loan applications and approvals. The candidate will also help identify client needs, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams and ensures clients' financial goals are met with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong skills in financial analysis and understanding of equipment and property finance
- Proficiency in preparing client documentation and supporting loan applications
- High levels of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using financial management tools and software
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or a related field is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
