We're Hiring: Elite Customer Care + Office Coordinator
Bronze Snake HQ — Preston | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm
Bronze Snake is on the hunt for two highly skilled, elite professionals to join our Head Office team in Preston. This is a dual role that demands excellence in Customer Care, Office Management, and Executive Support.
We're not interested in average. We're building a tight, driven, and highly capable team — and we're only looking for the best.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-dimensional position. You'll be the frontline of our customer experience, manage the day-to-day rhythm of the HQ office, and provide sharp, reliable executive support to our Directors. You'll be the kind of person who sees what needs to be done before anyone asks — and does it to perfection.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer care (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Shopify
- Hands-on experience using Georgias (or similar ticketing systems)
- Deep understanding of the Bronze Snake brand, tone, and audience
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Calm under pressure, with elite written and verbal communication
- Naturally polished, punctual, presentable, and reliable
- A clear desire to grow with the company — we offer serious opportunities for those who want to advance
- Able to manage tasks across multiple roles without dropping the ball
Who You'll Work With
You'll join a high-functioning team of 15 professionals — predominantly women — who take pride in their work, move fast, and keep standards high. We back each other, hold each other accountable, and expect a lot from anyone joining us.
What You'll Do
- Deliver best-in-class customer support via email and digital channels
- Oversee all aspects of office management: supplies, workflow, general upkeep
- Provide sharp, confidential PA support to Directors
- Ensure everything in your domain runs efficiently and immaculately
