The RoleYou'll be responsible for bringing the brand to life across digital, web, and marketing channels — balancing hands-on execution with strategic brand system thinking.

Key areas include:

  • Finalising and rolling out comprehensive brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Leading the website redesign and content rebuild (WordPress, HTML/CSS).
  • Optimising for SEO, accessibility, and performance.
  • Creating marketing and internal templates for consistent execution.
  • Managing and improving Adobe/OneDrive asset systems.
  • Supporting sub-brands, photography, campaigns, and visual storytelling.

About You

You're an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and structure - as comfortable designing pixel-perfect layouts as you are systemising a growing brand.

  • 6–10 years' experience in design — ideally agency or in-house with strong marketing exposure.
  • Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Strong web design and layout skills; HTML/CSS proficiency (WordPress a plus).
  • Deep understanding of brand consistency and scalable systems.
  • Self-starter who can confidently execute creative direction while suggesting improvements.
