About the role

We're seeking an experienced Integration Technical Lead to drive the design, build and implementation of enterprise integration platforms and solutions at the TAC. As the technical application owner, you'll ensure our integration landscape is robust, secure, and aligned with best practices - while identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation.

You'll collaborate closely with IT Shared Services, DXC, architecture teams, project groups, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable integrations that enhance business efficiency and user experience.

What we're looking for

Deep Integration Expertise

You have 5+ years of experience with enterprise integration platforms and a strong grasp of API-led connectivity, ESB, message queuing, and event streaming.

Strategic Technical Leadership

You've led complex integration projects, contributed to platform selection, and can translate technical concepts into digestible information for senior managers.

Innovation & Systems Thinking

You're curious and capable of seeing the whole picture. You identify opportunities for optimisation and driving continuous improvement across platforms and processes.
