As a result of continued growth within Seisma Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join one of our premium clients in Geelong.

Backed by Australian-owned Superannuation funds, Seisma is committed to growth both organically and through acquisition. With over 550 employees across Melbourne, Sydney, and New Zealand, we are expanding rapidly with a strong blueprint for further growth this year.

Role:

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you'll work closely with project teams and customer stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. You'll leverage Salesforce core and Industry Cloud functionalities to deliver customer requirements quickly with minimal customisation.

Key responsibilities :

  • Turning program designs into scalable, configured solutions.
  • Leading implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration.
  • Working across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Driving deployment strategies and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Acting as a mentor, knowledge sharer, and champion in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in application design, integration, security, and CRM implementations.
  • Hands-on skills with Salesforce Industries (PSS/Health Cloud/Education Cloud), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce/Apex, Lightning Flows, LWC, OmniStudio, BRE, and integration/security best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to design, optimise, and deliver business processes through technology.
