We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team and help us maintain our high standards of culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, prepare, and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, and specialty items.

· Ensure all meals are prepared with consistency, quality, and efficiency.

· Monitor food stock levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen inventory.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.

· Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Assist in menu planning, portion control, and cost management.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen (preferably Chinese cuisine).

· Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.

· Excellent time management and organisational skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

· Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
