Salary $60 - $83 per hour + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

genU is looking for a purpose-driven and adaptable Trainer to open doors through education. As a Trainer, you'll share your skills, inspire learners and make real impact across Adelaide and SA.

What you'll do

As a Trainer in our team you'll:

· Deliver engaging and accessible training that meets learners where they're at - in the classroom, online, or onsite.

· Build positive relationships with learners, employers and partners to create meaningful learning experiences.

· Pitch in with our national team , with opportunities to travel.

· Share your ideas and experience to help make our training programs even better.

What you'll bring

· You're a qualified trainer (TAE40116 or equivalent) who loves helping others succeed.

· Clear communicator with great people skills, organisation and initiative.

· Comfortable with tech and able to manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
