Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Queensland, Australia. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- Cost Control and Cost Management skills
- Client side project management and superintendent demonstrable experience
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning skills
- Cost Reporting skills
- Experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction economics and project management practices
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
