Quantity Surveyor

Overview

My client is a well established Consultancy with offices throughout Australia and Asia. Due to expected growth and new projects awarded they are looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

- Experience in Risk Analysis, preparation of financial reports.
- Experience with BoQ preparation and the ability to produce quick estimates.
- Reading and interpreting building plans with good practical knowledge.
- Experience in the Construction sector within Health, Education and Government projects.
- Strong PC skills and an analytical mind.

Qualifications

- A degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or similar.
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a PQS background in Australia.
- Experience using BuildSoft & Cost X Estimating Software.

About the Candidate

My client requires a Quantity Surveyor with ideally 3 years post graduate experience who has a few years experience with a PQS background in Australia.
