About the role

Germancraft Cabinets' is seeking a talented Joinery Sales Estimator & Designer to join our team in Arundel, Queensland. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring the success of our projects, as you'll be responsible for providing accurate estimates and designing custom joinery solutions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare detailed estimates for joinery and cabinetry projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness

  • Design custom joinery and cabinetry solutions based on client requirements and project specifications

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project planning and execution

  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout the design and estimation process

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials and technologies to recommend the best solutions

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our estimation and design processes

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Joinery Sales Estimator or Designer

  • Strong technical skills in joinery and cabinetry design, using CAD software

  • Ability to interpret and understand architectural drawings and construction plans
