The Opportunity

Our client is a recognised leader in providing tailored security and locksmith solutions to customers across Australia.

Due to growth, they're looking for a skilled Locksmith to join their team (opportunities in SA, WA, QLD, VIC, ACT, NSW) supporting commercial and industrial clients by installing, servicing, and maintaining security hardware on-site.

This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, customer interaction, and problem-solving. You'll be the face of the company on client sites, trusted to deliver high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client service requests, installations, and troubleshooting in your region
  • Maintain safety and WHS compliance at all times, including risk assessments.
  • Install, service, and repair a variety of security hardware and locks.
  • Accurately update job statuses and complete field service reports.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and basic maintenance.
  • Liaise with the Service Coordinator and State Manager to meet client SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing professional on-site service.
About You:

Minimum 4 years' locksmithing experience.
Strong knowledge of security equipment and locking systems.
Valid Security License/COA (or eligibility to obtain).
Current Driver's License (travel to client sites required).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
High attention to safety, quality, and customer service.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
