Overview

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced Defence professionals across a range of disciplines to support major government and industry programs nationwide. Roles are located in Canberra, ACT; Brisbane, QLD; Adelaide, SA; Melbourne, VIC; and Perth, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Program & Project Management/Support – Lead or support the delivery of critical programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Commercial & Procurement – Provide strategic procurement advice, manage complex contracts, and support commercial negotiations with key Defence stakeholders.
  • Strategic Business Advisory – Drive organisational improvement, business case development, policy advice, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Systems & Software Engineering – Design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies across software and complex systems landscapes.
  • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) – Deliver tailored ILS strategies including maintenance planning, configuration management, and supply chain support.
  • Project Scheduling – Develop, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules in support of large-scale and long-term initiatives.
  • Technical Writing – Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for a range of audiences.
  • ICT Professionals – Operate, maintain and optimise information and communication technology infrastructure and systems.
  • Communications & Network Engineering – Design, implement, and optimise secure, mission-critical communications and networking solutions across defence and enterprise environments.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance Required: Negative Vetting 1
  • Location of Role: Canberra, ACT; Brisbane, QLD; Adelaide, SA; Melbourne, VIC; Perth, WA
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Current NV1 (minimum)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Who You Are
  • Experienced and qualified in one or more of the above fields (minimum 7 years of experience)
  • An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Hold a current NV1 (as a minimum)
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, practical outcomes
