About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our supportive Allied Health team in this part-time maternity relief position (70 hours per fortnight).
In this role, you will:
- Manage a varied rehabilitation caseload including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, medical/reconditioning, and neurology.
- Deliver high-quality care across inpatient services and acute care for both individuals and groups.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while maintaining the ability to manage cases independently.
- Support patients by addressing functional, equipment, and service needs in the rehabilitation setting.
Previous experience in rehabilitation is highly regarded, but not essential.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset along with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You'll bring outstanding communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You will also bring;
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to effectively plan, implement and evaluate rehabilitation programs.
- Flexibility to work across rehabilitation areas and potentially hospital sites to cover acute hospital caseload.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting highly regarded, but not essential.
- Current Drivers Licence.
