In-Field eBike/Scooter Mechanic

Port Melbourne VIC, Australia Good Cycles Full time $12,000 - $22,400 per year

Help support Lime provide e-Bikes and to Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

You will start your shifts at the Lime warehouse in Port Melbourne, before heading to the CBD to swap batteries and undertake small in-field mechanical adjustments to ensure Lime's customers and members of the public remain safe.

Requirements

  • Experience and confidence with riding a pedal bike in and around Melbourne's CBD
  • Ability to undertake basic bicycle maintenance tasks to a required standard
  • Ability to work a whole 8 hour physically demanding shift
  • Ability to routinely lift 30+kg weight
  • A driver's license is not required
  • Friendly, approachable 'customer service' disposition

Remuneration

As per Vehicle Repair Services and Retail Award 2020 [MA000089], RS&R Employee - Level 2, Casual

  • Standard Hours - $31.19
  • Night Hours - $36.42
  • Saturday Hours - $43.66
  • Sunday Hours - $56.14

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $31.19 – $56.14 per hour

Expected hours: 15.6 – 38 per week
