Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to confirm and understand their requirements
  • Provide quotations for window and door systems
  • Offer basic technical support to clients when needed
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Assist in maintaining good client relationships
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Team Leader

Requirements

  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Experience in civil construction or window and door industry preferred
  • Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
