The Company:

Self-delivering all of their own projects, this group has established themselves as one of Australia's leading fully-integrated construction and development groups. With over 50 years industry experience, this group has completed in excess of $4bil of their own developments nationally.

Their portfolio includes high-rise apartments and hotel towers, build to rent and student accommodation, large-format retail centres, commercial and industrial parks, and master planned mixed-use precincts.

2026 Project Pipeline:

This group's upcoming SEQ pipeline includes a high-rise residential tower precinct, luxury hotel development, multi-storey commercial business centre, and multi-stage industrial park, all commencing in the Brisbane metro area early

Please note that this will be a permanent ongoing capacity with the opportunity for continued career progression with the business long term.  *Ideal Experience:*

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working for a commercial builder, developer or consultancy in a CA, PC, or Contract Manager capacity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience overseeing the associated procurement, contract management, and financial management functions, ideally on commercial mixed-use, multi-residential, and/or mixed-use construction and development projects.
  • Experience reviewing, negotiating, and executing Head Contracts and Subcontracts, coordinating with external legal counsel during disputes to achieve resolution.
  • Strong contractual and financial management focus, with demonstrated experienced leading the relevant forecasting and reporting functions on commercial projects.
