We're looking for a passionate and qualified Diploma Educator to join our dedicated team and help create meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and connection.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Support the planning and delivery of high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with families, children, and fellow educators
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
- Contribute ideas and reflections to improve educational outcomes and team performance
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies
What You'll Need
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development
