We're looking for a passionate and qualified Diploma Educator to join our dedicated team and help create meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and connection.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with families, children, and fellow educators
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
  • Contribute ideas and reflections to improve educational outcomes and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies

What You'll Need

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development
