We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Educators (Diploma and Certificate III qualified) to join our growing team in Keilor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, purpose-built service that values collaboration, creativity, and a deep commitment to quality early childhood education.

About the Role

As an Educator at Bursaria Early Learning Centre, you will:

  • Support the Lead Educator in delivering a high-quality, play-based educational program.
  • Implement the principles and practices of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children and families that foster a sense of belonging and security.
  • Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing through compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
  • Participate in documentation, reflection, and continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a professional and caring team, committed to ethical and child-safe practice.

About You

We're looking for educators who bring warmth, initiative, and professionalism to their work.

You will have:

  • A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certification
  • Accredited Child Protection Training
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF V2.0, VEYLDF, and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Commitment to child safety, inclusion, and reflective practice
  • A positive, collaborative approach and passion for lifelong learning
