Who we are seeking

An experienced and passionate Trade Assistant Team Leader to join our Maintenance team at Ayers Rock Resort who has;

  • Previous experience within a similar role in trades / labouring
  • Hold a valid Open Australian Drivers Licence (with the ability to convert to NT)
  • Previous experience using hand tools
  • Hold a valid White Card (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience working a team leader or supervisory role

About the role

In this role you will provide labour assistance, managing tools and materials, and ensuring efficient and safe operations on various projects, while provide direction and support to the Trade Assistants.

The key duties to be performed are:

  • Assist tradespersons in all trade related works in a proactive and professional manner
  • Preparing, maintaining, and organizing tools and equipment for use by tradespeople
  • Transporting and handling materials, supplies, and equipment to and from work sites
  • Allocate tasks to Trade Assistants, monitor progress, and provide guidance as needed
  • Lead by example through professional conduct, communication, and presentation

Full time Position Available| $30.80 per hour (plus superannuation)
