Your Mission: Leadership, Sales & Operations

As Branch Manager, you won't be stuck behind a desk. This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role where you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities with local contractors and businesses, ensuring the branch hits budgeted revenue and margin targets.
  • Customer Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact, building deep, lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and expert advice.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all branch functions, including inventory management, stock levels, safety compliance, and overall expense control to optimise profitability.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, coach, and develop your small, dedicated branch team to ensure a high-performing and positive work environment.

What Will Make You Successful

You are a self-starter with a powerful work ethic and a genuine drive to grow a business. You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or Electrical wholesale or trade sectors is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Ability: Proven experience leading a team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of sales processes, stock management, and the key metrics that drive branch profitability.
