We're looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team working for a well-known restaurant group based in Wetherill Park, Sydney. Crinitis is looking for a fun and well-rounded Hospitality individual, to work well with the Front of House team, including Back of House, and Restaurant Chefs.

Our lucky candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of industry experience and be able to start immediately.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing pizza dough
  • Rolling out and topping pizzas with ingredients, as per recipes
  • Cooking pizza in a wood-fired ovens
  • Removing pizzas from oven and preparing them for serving or sale
  • Coordinating with kitchen and dining room staff
  • Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items
  • Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of ingredients, recipes and pizza-making process
  • Ability to perform pizza-making duties without supervision
  • Ability to operate a wood fire pizza oven

Job Type: Full-time
