We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician and Accessory Installer to join our team. This role will involve traveling throughout Western Australia to install, service, and repair a variety of lifting, workshop equipment and automotive accessories.

You will also work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Servicing, and Repairs:

  • Mobile lifting columns (MLC), 2-post hoists, and other lifting equipment.

  • Roller brake testers, shakers, and load testers.

  • Dash cameras, GPS trackers, and telematics systems.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work with the sales team to provide expert support and advice to clients.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

  • Mechanically and electrically competent, with hands-on experience.

  • Experienced in customer service and onsite client support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
