With multiple locations across Perth, our success is driven by a dedicated team passionate about hospitality excellence.

We are currently seeking a casual chef to join our team at Turquoise Mandurah. This would suit someone on a student visa, or looking for extra hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with Turquoise Café's standards.
  • Develop and present menu items that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage food inventory and costs, minimizing waste and maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering their professional development.
  • Adapt to feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
