Location: Brisbane, QLD (and wider QLD as required)

Company: BGIS (Technical Services), Self-Perform Contract

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Mobile Role

The Role

We're seeking an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to help keep one of Australia's largest fuel retail networks operating smoothly and efficiently. In this mobile role, you'll travel to client sites in a company-supplied vehicle, working as part of a multi-trade team. Using your technical expertise, you'll carry out service, maintenance, and remedial works to ensure sites remain safe, reliable, and customer ready.

What You'll Be Doing


• Assemble, install, test and maintain HVAC & Refrigeration units

• Perform preventative and corrective service work on HVAC-R assets

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and implement remedial actions

• Inspect, maintain and support BMS systems (training available if required)

• Work collaboratively with a mobile multi-trade team to meet client needs

• Ensure compliance with WHSE standards, industry regulations, and BGIS systems

Your Education, Experience & Skills


• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration (minimum qualification)

• ARCtick Licence (advantageous but not essential)

• White Card (mandatory)

• Current manual driver's licence (mandatory)

• WPCG accreditation or fuels retail experience (advantageous)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience working in a customer-facing environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive, positive, and safety-focused approach

• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
