Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development:
• Plan innovative menus, develop new recipes, and oversee all aspects of food preparation.


• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation that meets our high standards.


• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment

• Inventory & Cost Management:
• Maintain inventory levels and control food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.


• Compliance:
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.


• Rostering:
• Manage kitchen staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during service hours.


• Availability:
• Flexibile hours (morning/afternoon/evening shifts)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
