Our client, H2Grow Pty Ltd, a leading innovator in sustainable agriculture and fresh produce distribution, is seeking a dedicated Primary Product Inspector to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibility:

· Inspect and grade crops to ensure compliance with grades, standards, and phytosanitary requirements

Job Duties:

· Visually inspects crops to determine grade and compliance with state and federal standards, industry contract specifications, and phytosanitary requirements.

· Inspects and samples of crops; for example, feed, seed, fertilizer, and those needed for other plant pest management projects.

· Conducts trappings, surveys, and facility inspections.

· Ensures compliance with state and federal laws applicable to products.

· Checks size of crops, amount, and seriousness of defects.

· Observes and records colour characteristics, firmness, maturity, and shape.

· Issues inspection report showing the grade and condition of the inspected crops.

· Explains, both verbally and in writing, the grading system and related standards to produce and commodity clients.

· Prepares and maintains reports, records, and forms related to the work.

· Performs related work and other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

· AQF Diploma or Higher

· Minimum 1 years of experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
