Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant – Full Time
Location: Worx Racing Components, Tweed Heads NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Worx Racing Components is Australia's leading brand in personal watercraft performance parts – and we're on the lookout for a motivated all-rounder to join our crew at our new location in Tweed Heads.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, full-time position combining warehouse duties with customer support. You'll be part of a small but mighty team, helping us keep the wheels (and watercraft) turning smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing daily customer orders with speed and accuracy
  • Receiving and checking incoming stock
  • Assembling and packaging product kits
  • Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Providing basic product support and order updates
  • Keeping the warehouse organised and clean
  • Helping out with other duties as needed – we're a team-first workplace

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and team spirit
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of manual lifting
  • Basic computer skills
  • A keen interest in motorsports or performance parts? Not essential but even better
