This position is well-suited to individuals with experience as a desktop publisher, word processor, or similar roles focused on document production and presentation.
Responsibilities:

- Review documents for accuracy in spelling, grammar, formatting and brand compliance, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver formatting solutions that are both practical and visually effective.
- Manage your own workload effectively by prioritising tasks, balancing multiple deadlines, and communicating clearly to ensure smooth and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist other team members on day-to-day tasks and projects as needed and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance templates, and contribute to the ongoing development of team procedures and documentation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in document formatting and production.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level, specifically in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Agile and flexible mind-set; able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure while manage competing deadlines and meeting the demands of the business.
- Strong ability to recreate diagrams, tables and organisational charts from scanned images or hand drawn layouts, using auto shapes and connectors.
- Fast and accurate typing, with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of branding and visual identity guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Professional and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a willingness to contribute to discussions and share knowledge.
- Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement.
