Join a global leader shaping the future of fuel and retail technology. As our HSE Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving safety excellence across complex, high-risk fuel environments. You'll provide hands-on HSE support in the field, ensuring every site operates safely, compliantly, and with a culture that genuinely values people. 
 
What You'll Do 

• Lead and influence HSE culture across operational teams and field technicians 

• Review and enhance Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and compliance frameworks 

• Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations to continually improve safety outcomes 

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold industry standards and best practices 

• Champion the rollout and ongoing improvement of HSE management systems and tools 

• Partner with operations to implement innovative safety solutions for fuel and retail operations 
 
 

You're a confident and practical HSE professional who thrives in the field, not just behind a desk. You know the fuel or petroleum environment, understand high-risk operations, and have the confidence to influence others and drive meaningful change. 
 
You'll bring: 

• Proven experience in HSE within the fuel, gas, or retail energy sector 

• Strong technical knowledge of SWMS, confined space entry, and hazardous areas 

• A collaborative and hands-on approach with excellent communication skills 

• The ability to lead, educate, and inspire teams toward proactive safety ownership 

• Warmth, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset
