About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KIDZ R KIDZ EARLY LEARNING CENTRE' in Cranbourne North, VIC. This permanent part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old
  • Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform lesson planning and individualised support
  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care
  • Collaborating with parents and families to support children's learning and wellbeing
  • Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Over 2 years Experience working in as an Educator/Assistant Educator.
  • Available to work on rostered shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young children
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
