About the Role:

As a Personal Assistant to the Joint Chairman, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, while maintaining highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Your general responsibilities will include:

· Providing executive support to the Joint Chairman, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail

· Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

· Keeping receipts for monthly reconciliation of company credit card expenses

· Reconciling overseas travel expenses

· Managing calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders

· Keeping documents for the end of financial year tax preparation

· Conducting online research of various topics, as requested

· Performing general clerical tasks, such as typing documents, organising and filing both physical and digital files, photocopying and printing

About You:

As well as being an organised and self-driven individual, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

· Proven work experience in an Administrative/ Personal Assistant role

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Proven organisational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate to people on all levels

· Ability to multi task and adapt to changing priorities, while staying calm and focused

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Strong attention to detail and good memory
