BCI (Bus & Coach International), a rapidly expanding company specializing in the manufacturing of buses and coaches, as well as being the importer for the innovative SINOTRUK range of vehicles.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as a Service Administration  Assistant within our service department, on a permanent full time basis.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Data Entry
  • Creating and processing workshop job cards
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Supporting the Service Manager and Team
  • Reception Duties
  • Other administrative duties as required

The successful candidate must have the following personal requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Professional Manner and Appearance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn new  skills
  • Be reliable, punctual and well presented

Experience in the Automotive industry and Pentana Computer System would be considered an advantage but not essential. Full on the job training to be provided.
